Send a clear photo of the whole garment, the care label and close-ups of zari, embroidery, beads or trims. Include any matching blouse, dupatta or separate piece you want considered, so the enquiry covers the complete outfit.
Tell us what has changed
Point out marks, colour changes, fraying, loose embellishments or previous repairs. If the garment has been stored for a long time or has already been treated at home, mention that too. These details help us discuss suitability before collection.
Agree the care before the occasion
Share when you next plan to wear the outfit. We’ll discuss whether the item is suitable for the service, the quote and an expected return date. Heritage pieces and unfamiliar materials may need a closer look before an order is accepted.
Do you accept all Banarasi silk sarees?
Acceptance depends on the individual garment, its label, construction and condition. Please share photos and any known care instructions before arranging collection.
Should I include the blouse and dupatta?
Mention every piece you want cleaned, with separate photos where possible. We’ll confirm which pieces the quote includes.
