Start with the material
A photograph of the upper, sole and inside label is a useful first step. Let us know if the shoes contain leather, suede, mesh, glued decorations or mixed materials. We’ll confirm whether they are suitable before accepting them.
Cleaning is not the same as repair
Cleaning enquiries focus on dirt and marks. Split soles, loose glue, peeling finishes and colour loss are separate issues. Please show us existing damage; do not assume repair, repainting or restoration is included.
Agree what is included
Tell us how many pairs you have, your location and when you need them back. Ask whether laces and insoles are included, how the quote is calculated, and how collection and return will work for your order.
Will white shoes look brand new?
Results depend on wear, material, stains and ageing. Cleaning cannot guarantee reversal of yellowing, scuffs or permanent damage.
Can I send suede or delicate leather shoes?
Please ask first and share detailed photos. Material-specific suitability must be confirmed before booking.
