Share a photograph of the care label and the garment. The fabric, lining, trims and construction all matter when discussing a cleaning service. A name such as “silk” or “wool” on its own doesn’t tell the whole story.
Let us know about the marks
Tell us what caused a stain, when it happened and whether anything has already been applied to it. We can discuss the concern before accepting the item. Cleaning results depend on the fabric and the stain; complete removal cannot be promised.
