How do I book a laundry pickup?
Use “Schedule a pickup” to prepare a WhatsApp enquiry with your name, locality and service. Review and send the message in WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability, pricing and timing before the booking is agreed.
Which parts of Varanasi do you collect from?
The shop is in Pandeypur. Share your exact locality or address on WhatsApp so we can confirm collection coverage. A location appearing on this website does not mean collection is automatically available there.
Is pickup free, and is there a minimum order?
Please confirm collection charges and any minimum order with your enquiry. They should be agreed before pickup; this website does not promise free collection for every order.
Can I visit instead of arranging collection?
Yes, you can contact us about bringing items to our Pandeypur location. Call before making a special journey, particularly for a large or unusual item.

Do you offer same-day or express cleaning?
Tell us your deadline before booking. Express availability depends on the items and the current schedule. An urgent request is not confirmed until the business has agreed it.
How long does cleaning take?
The expected return date is confirmed for your order. Delicate, bulky or unusual items can need different arrangements from everyday laundry.
How do I pay?
Ask the team to confirm available payment methods and when payment is due. The website does not take card details, deposits or online payments.

Can all stains be removed?
No. Results vary with the stain, fabric, age and any treatment already attempted. Tell us what happened and what has been applied before discussing cleaning.
Do I need to share the care label?
A clear label photo is useful, especially for dry cleaning, woollens, sarees and decorated garments. Tell us if the label is missing or unreadable.
Can you clean my Banarasi saree?
Please share photos of the whole saree, its care label, zari or embellishments and any stains. The individual item needs to be assessed before suitability is confirmed.
Does shoe cleaning include repairs?
Do not assume that repairs, repainting or sole restoration are included. Share photos of existing damage and confirm exactly what is covered by the cleaning quote.
